Our client is a well-established General Contractor that has built a strong reputation delivering complex, high-quality education and municipal projects. They are large enough to offer robust systems, advanced tools, and strong support, but not so large that you’ll feel like “just a number.” This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in dynamic environments and values both innovation and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead Superintendent on large-scale K-12, higher education, and municipal construction projects valued at $100M+. Oversee and coordinate field operations, including scheduling, safety, subcontractor management, and quality control. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project teams, including Superintendent-level personnel. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Proactively manage near-term schedules and identify potential risks, ensuring timely resolution. Qualifications Proven experience as a lead Superintendent managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor. Strong background in education and/or municipal projects with budgets of $100M+. Demonstrated ability to supervise and mentor Superintendent-level team members. Expertise in near-term scheduling, field safety, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships across all levels of a project team. Why Join?
