Senior Process Safety Engineer : Life Sciences - Conshohocken, Pennsylvania

As a Senior Process Safety Engineer, you will provide process safety engineering support on a variety of projects in the pharmaceutical, electronics & data centers, oil & gas, food products, & other industries. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers to evaluate and improve upon process designs. You will work in a team environment under the direction of other engineers and project managers to solve complex safety solutions in a timely and satisfactory manner. Some domestic travel will be necessary. Responsibilities and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering At least 8 years of experience working in either design or at an operating facility Experience performing PHA’s, including HAZOP, LOPA and FMEA Experience with facility siting, wind wake, & electrical classification studies Ideally, you’ll also have: PE license preferred Trained PHA Leader with experience Gas dispersion modeling, pressure relief calculations, and mitigation of potential risks. We offer a competitive salary range of $107,800.00 to $185,000.00 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discount.
