The Senior Vice President (SVP), Lending Solutions is a critical role within the Banking & Lending organization. Our aspiration at LPL is to be the best firm in Wealth Management. To deliver on this, we are investing in best-in-class banking and lending solutions that will help advisors serve their clients’ needs more holistically. In this role, you will shape our portfolio of lending solutions and drive adoption within LPL’s distribution network. You will lead the strategy, design, development, execution and delivery of LPL’s lending products and services. You will drive innovation, expand the portfolio, pursue go-to-market strategies, ensure end-to-end service delivery, and guide digital experiences while maintaining regulatory compliance. You will empower LPL advisors to expand their client advisory capabilities and contribute to growth for the firm. Responsibilities

Define and execute the vision and product strategy for lending solutions, including securities-backed lines of credit (third party and proprietary offerings), margin lending, mortgages and other lending products for high-net-worth investors. Oversee the lifecycle of lending solutions from ideation to launch, ensuring competitive differentiation. Build a team of field engagement and lending consultants to deliver sales and service support to clients and end investors. Use resources, data analytics, and market insights to stay ahead of trends and maintain competitive positioning. Develop and implement advisor adoption and growth strategies to rollout and expand lending solutions to clients and end investors. Monitor product profitability, pricing strategies, and revenue growth opportunities. Guide development of best-in-class service including web and mobile digital experiences for advisors and clients. Partner with internal teams (technology, operations, credit risk, treasury, money movement, marketing, field engagement) and external partners (lenders, banks) to drive product and service success. Ensure all products comply with financial regulations and risk management policies. Champion Lending Solutions and Banking initiatives within the organization and with partners. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities. What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years in product management within financial services, with expertise in lending solutions for wealth management clients. Deep understanding of the lending industry, players, trends, technology and regulatory landscape. Track record of growing and scaling a lending business. Experience operating within a wealth management environment and familiarity with the regulatory landscape. Proven ability to develop strategy, drive initiatives, and deliver impactful outcomes. Data-driven decision making with customer insights, business performance, market analysis and financial modeling; ability to influence executive stakeholders. Strong ability to build collaborative partnerships with internal and external partners, including lenders and banks; experience leading vendor qualification, selection, and contracting; ability to align and execute across companies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex ideas effectively. Ability to lead and mentor teams; foster a high-performance culture. Willingness to travel to LPL sites and to visit key partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results focus. Pay Range

$180,900-$301,500/year Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, internal salary comparisons, performance, and location.
