PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to senior leaders and executives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list may not include all of the duties that may be assigned. Actively manages executives’ calendar by scheduling internal and external appointments, prioritizing appropriately, and proactively deconflicting meetings. Coordinates logistics for in-person meetings including making room reservations, ordering food, coordinating with IT, communicating details to participants and sending out pre-read and recap materials. Attends meeting to take notes, capture and communicate action items when requested. Creates and maintains shared electronic repositories for important documents. Assists in preparing PowerPoint and other materials for meetings. Completes expense reports by reconciling receipts and submitting reports on a timely basis. Takes responsibility to ensure that company documents are signed and notarized as needed in a timely manner Assists with executive’s direct reports as needed including approving PTO, submitting EOA forms for new hires, and providing occasional meeting and calendar support Completes other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years’ experience supporting senior management. Although some healthcare experience is ideal, a willingness to be trained in this area is sufficient. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
