Manager, IT Communication Integration
Are you ready to lead the technology that powers how energy moves across states? We’re looking for a Manager of IT Communication Integration to oversee the delivery of integration services that support the infrastructure behind energy generation, transmission, and distribution. In this critical leadership role, you’ll ensure that communication systems and integration platforms operate seamlessly—enabling reliable, secure, and efficient energy delivery.

What your day would be like:
Lead the multi-state delivery of communication and integration services that support energy infrastructure.
Manage and coach IT professionals, building high-performing teams focused on integration excellence.
Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and translate them into technology solutions.
Ensure reliable, secure integration of systems that enable generation, transmission, and distribution of energy.
Oversee large-scale technology projects, balancing business priorities with technical standards.
Troubleshoot complex issues, resolve risks, and implement sustainable solutions.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in integration services and system performance.

Requirements:
Bachelors' degree in Information Technology or related field.
Eight (8) years of experience in the Information Technology field.
At least three (3) years in a leadership role, or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
Requires advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Has advanced knowledge and understanding of electrical systems, electronic theory and circuit analysis and experience in telecommunications system architecture.
Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications:
Knowledge of service offerings; customer service principles; various computer software applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, and any other computer-related technologies
Skills in customer service; interpersonal, written and oral communications; supervising and working collaboratively in teams and across organizations; synthesizing feedback and adjusting plans accordingly; building strong relationships inside and outside the organization; resolving incidents/problems efficiently and effectively.
Major Accountabilities
Responsible for multi-state delivery of Integration Services for infrastructure assets to support generation, transmission and distribution of energy. Responsible for multi-state troubleshooting and maintenance of infrastructure assets in direct support of the bulk electric system. Responsible for strategic direction for field services assets and personnel to provide business synergies to ensure resource optimization. Guide and direct engineering planning forecasts for reliability programs to ensure highest levels of operational excellence. Establish an operational culture focused on continuous improvement and persistently challenges demand volume to comply with service level agreements. Establish and maintains department-level dashboards of clearly defined key performance indicators (productivity, quality, etc.) for all field operations, ranging from strategic, operational and personnel metrics. Leverages relevant training teams to maintain a continuous learning environment for employee skill development and career growth, and to ensure current and future technologies are well understood and communicated.
