You will: Shape workflows and interfaces Make AI-driven testing feel intuitive, trustworthy, and powerful Empower everyone on the team—from PMs to support and sales—to create and run tests in plain English What You’ll Do (First 6 Months) End-to-end product design : Lead ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and polished UI for complex AI-driven workflows Visual identity : Create and document brand guidelines, design system, and style standards Workflow innovation : Reimagine testing systems to be accessible for non-technical users Cross-functional partnership : Influence roadmap decisions alongside engineering and product leadership Design culture : Advocate for craft, quality, and attention to detail across the organization Brand presence : Help define Spur’s voice in-product and across marketing channels Long-Term Growth Build and lead our design team Represent Spur at industry events through talks and thought leadership Collaborate on GTM initiatives, launch assets, and social content Who You Are Exceptionally self-critical—“good enough” isn’t your standard, yet you move fast without sacrificing polish A hands-on problem solver who rolls up sleeves to ship solutions 2+ years designing complex products, ideally for technical or ops-heavy users Comfortable with ambiguity; you bring structure where none exists Passionate about ML/AI’s potential in UX Nice-to-Haves Early-stage or founder experience Thought leadership in design communities Location In-office in New York, NY (light-filled, beautifully appointed workspace) Perks & Benefits Daily lunch, snacks, and team-chosen treats Top-tier medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO—because recharging fuels creativity Custom Spur swag (we can’t wait to see what you design!)
