We adopt a full-lifecycle approach to our projects, emphasizing long-term ownership, community partnership, and environmental protection. Job Summary:

The Commercial Associate will support activities related to the commercialization of LRE’s existing utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects, and assist in acquiring new assets, pursuing asset monetization strategies, and gathering market intelligence. The role involves supporting M&A and Origination teams in project transactions, developing customer relationships, participating in competitive bidding, and analyzing strategic revenue opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders such as Project Development, Finance, EPC, and Legal is essential. This position is ideal for an ambitious self-starter eager to establish a career in the dynamic renewable energy industry. Responsibilities:

Support senior team in acquisition and divestiture transactions, including process documentation, data room preparation, and due diligence. Assist in preparing high-quality proposals in response to RFPs from utilities and commercial clients. Evaluate prospects, recommend resource allocation, and contribute to team strategy development. Maintain systems for tracking opportunities, perform market research, and update management on transactions. Design outreach strategies and manage internal diligence efforts for commercial opportunities. Perform financial modeling and valuation for transactions. Prepare materials for management and external partners, including RFP summaries and bid decks. Perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications:

Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative. Excellent communication skills. Preferred 1-2 years of experience in energy-related roles such as M&A, origination, sales, project development, trading, finance, or consulting. Basic finance knowledge required; project development experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required. Physical Demands:
