Working independently as an individual contributor, this role will be responsible for helping customers find their perfect vehicle and delivering an industry-leading customer experience. The Automotive Sales Professional is an entry-level opportunity with base pay plus commission and has the potential for commission-based success without a cap. Compensation & Benefits This is a full-time position with a base salary and uncapped commission earning potential. We also offer a full suite of benefits from medical to 401(k). Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales of new and used cars, trucks, and other automotive vehicles Establish and manage customer relationships with complete dedication to customer satisfaction Respond to customer inquiries, build relationships, and understand customer needs Prepare sales and marketing materials and respond to inquiries from customers Follow established processes for closing vehicle sales Prepare and deliver paperwork associated with the sale Remain up to date with Ford Motor Company policies and procedures Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s License Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent people and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills EEOC Statement
