$110,060.00 - $170,590.00 Responsibilities

Directly responsible for all billing and revenue tracking for MissionSquare’s retail broker/dealer and Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) business, including RIA advisory billing, overlay trading, and broker/dealer commissions. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for billing, commissions, and overlay trading. Shared responsibility for service solutions, including relationships with clearing and technology vendors. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to create service and oversight solutions within MissionSquare CRM tools. Support regulatory audits (FINRA and SEC) focused on the broker/dealer and RIA business. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

BA/BS or equivalent experience 5+ years of broker/dealer or RIA operations experience Series 7 and 24 (Required); Series 63 and 65 or 66 (Preferred); Series 24 or ability to acquire within 6 months Multi-year experience leading a team in financial services Expert knowledge of advisory products and software structures for an RIA Knowledge of financial product compensation and commissions and related oversight Knowledge of financial oversight and controls within broker/dealer and/or RIA Vendor and IT alignment experience across multi-vendor platforms Experience managing software solutions and vendor relationships for advisory product management and billing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving environment with new technology and policies Benefits
