Creative Designer Location:
Onsite 1 day a week - Tuesdays in Coppell Duration:
8 weeks, potential to extend Compensation:
$41/hr Work Requirements:
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. About the role
We’re rebranding our loyalty program during peak season. A senior external creative will deliver the logo and core look; your job is to extend and systematize that established direction across web, email, paid media, and in-store signage. This is a precision design role — not conceptual exploration, not production/developer work. We need a craft-obsessed designer who thrives on clarity, consistency, and detail at speed. What you’ll do
Extend an established brand system into channel-specific, pixel-perfect layouts (web/email/paid/in-store). Build clean templates and component libraries to keep assets consistent and scalable. Create clear specs and handoff files the team can execute against quickly. Partner closely with a dedicated copywriter to lock typography, hierarchy, and message flow. Work primarily in Adobe XD (organization is rolling to Figma, but this project is expected to run in XD). QA your own work for precision (typography, spacing, grids, color, export accuracy). Manage deadlines in a fast-paced, peak-season environment; flag risks early and keep work moving. Be a calm, respectful presence — observe first, critique later — and integrate smoothly with the in-house team. You are
Creative—not “UX/Dev.”
You think across assets/channels without turning this into a UX/UI build. Precision-driven.
Impeccable taste, typography, alignment, spacing, and spec discipline. Systems-minded.
You see patterns and turn them into reusable templates and rules. Timeline-focused.
You hit dates and communicate clearly under pressure. Team-oriented & humble.
You absorb the brand, respect constraints, and add polish without ego. Must-haves
