Customer Experience Supervisor , you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, leading and developing a front-line team of Customer Service Attendants, ensuring seamless rentals and front desk services, and resolving customer needs with care. Opportunity Description : You will combine leadership, customer service, and program support to create meaningful experiences that strengthen our community. Your role spans coordinating facility rentals and community events, mentoring staff and volunteers, overseeing safety and service standards, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. Schedule Commitment : Regular attendance is essential. This position typically works an 8:30 am – 5:30 pm schedule, Monday – Friday, with additional evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required for meetings, trainings, programs, events, rentals, and on-site coverage. Pay Plan : This opportunity is exempt and on Pay Grade #14. The hiring range is $61,727 - $89,499. Candidate Engagement Plan :
October 3-19: Accepting Applications, Application Material Review, and Technical Phone Screenings October 20-24: Selected candidates will be invited to participate in a DISC Assessment and Panel Interview October 27-31: Interview Experience and Presentation Eligibility :
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Hospitality, Marketing, Tourism, Recreation, Event Management, or related field required. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a recreational environment, including staff supervision, rental coordination, customer experience, and administration required. Experience supervising both full-time and part-time staff preferred Experience with ActiveNet software preferred. Current First Aid, CPR, and AED certification required within six (6) months of employment. Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :
Understands business practices, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, and government regulations. Applies principles of municipal budgeting and financial management. Applies personnel management practices, including employee selection, evaluation, and discipline. Understands facility rental, front desk, and customer service operations. Uses personal computers and a variety of software applications.
