The Role
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and social media–savvy individual to join our Brand Marketing team. As the
Social Media & Community Coordinator , you’ll bring Fair Harbor’s story to life across digital platforms, drive engagement, and foster community with our customers and ambassadors. What You’ll Do
Social Media Management Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Create and manage social media calendars aligned with launches and campaigns Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, CTR) Stay on top of cultural and digital trends to create real-time, on-brand content Content Creation Partner with the creative team to develop authentic, engaging content Write compelling captions and copy that spark interaction and community growth Source and curate user-generated content (UGC) from ambassadors and creators Community Engagement Respond to DMs, comments, and conversations across platforms Manage Fair Harbor’s Brand Ambassador Program, including onboarding and communications Develop and oversee creator gifting strategies to drive awareness and growth What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 1–2 years of social media, marketing, or related experience (internships count!) Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Excellent writing and editing skills Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Experience with social scheduling/analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social) Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Creativity:

Work effectively with cross-functional teams Communication:
Clear and concise, written and verbal Adaptability:
