We are seeking a
Marketing Project Manager
to lead the strategy, coordination, and execution of music release campaigns. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in marketing management, digital strategy, and creative coordination in the music industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments. Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Management Develop and oversee full marketing plans and campaign roadmaps. Maintain clear rollout calendars for pre-release, release, and post-release phases. Track campaign budgets, spend, and overall performance. Organic & Fan Engagement Oversee organic content rollouts across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Shorts, etc.). Develop and execute fan activation strategies to drive engagement and loyalty. Coordinate content capture, including photography, video, and creative assets. Craft storytelling angles, press hooks, and campaign messaging. Source and Utilize vendors to activate within your own trusted network Paid & Influencer Marketing Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify, and Google Ads. Source and manage influencer partnerships, from outreach through execution. Explore opportunities in out-of-home (OOH) activations such as posters, billboards, and street marketing. Source and Utilize vendors to activate within your own trusted network Vendor & Team Coordination Bring in and manage external vendors, including ad buyers, creative agencies, PR partners, and influencer agencies. Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality control across all third-party collaborators. Data Analysis & Reporting Track and analyze DSP performance (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.). Monitor short-form content performance to optimize strategy and spend. Provide weekly topline reports on progress and a final campaign wrap-up with insights and learnings. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in music or entertainment marketing. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in digital advertising, influencer partnerships, and campaign reporting. Familiarity with all relevant social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Spotify). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, multitask, and thrive under tight deadlines. Must be LA-based or willing to relocate.
