Assist in strategic communications planning for clients facing high-stakes or sensitive issues. Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media statements, talking points, and Q&As. Monitor media coverage, social media, and news cycles to provide insights and actionable recommendations. Support senior team members in client engagements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of communications initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging across channels. Support business development efforts through research, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives. Ideal Candidate
1–2+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or corporate communications. Background in financial services PR, litigation communications, crisis management, shareholder activism, financial communications, crypto PR, and/or fintech PR. Experience at strategic communications firms or agencies is preferred. Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. Strong critical thinking and strategic problem-solving under tight deadlines. Familiarity with media monitoring tools, press analytics, and social media platforms.
