Overview
Executive Assistant to support the leadership team with strong organizational expertise to drive success in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves coordinating complex schedules, meetings, sensitive information, and international travel arrangements, contributing to strategic goals. Location: Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities
Manage detailed calendars across multiple time zones using Outlook Coordinate essential meetings and events, including logistics and catering Handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity Facilitate international travel arrangements and related logistics Collaborate effectively with administrative teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations Qualifications
Demonstrated excellence in managing detailed calendars across multiple time zones using Outlook Strong verbal and written communication, professionalism, and clarity Proven proficiency in coordinating domestic and international travel logistics Adept at organizing meetings and events with attention to logistics and catering Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Excellent collaboration skills and high attention to detail Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities Additional Skills
Experience with Concur or similar travel and expense tools Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project management or special project support Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education 3–5 years of executive administrative support experience, ideally for C-level executives or investors Other Requirements
