Overview
MRM New York is looking for an innovative, highly skilled
Senior Copywriter
with experience writing for a wide range of brands and formats. You\'ll be responsible for ideation, concept development, and implementation of creative copy across multiple channels, with a particular focus on CRM. You\'re an excellent storyteller and craftsperson who understands how brands connect with audiences across an integrated ecosystem. You hone your craft every day.
Responsibilities
Write copy that apply principles of brand voice, tone, clarity, storytelling, and audience engagement across formats and lengths
Produce work for a range of online and offline media: video, print, digital, social, radio, experiential, and mobile
Concept and write CRM solutions that are on brief, on brand, and data-driven, including:
Engaging email campaigns, from custom creative to template-based executions
Digital direct marketing messages such as SMS, push notifications, and dynamic banners
Dynamic and personalized content based on data-driven insights
Present work internally and to clients, defending creative solutions to other creatives, account leaders, and stakeholders
Own projects from conception through completion, preparing flawless deliverables for handoff
Thrive on interdisciplinary collaboration with copywriters, designers, project managers, strategists, and data/analysts
Participate in new business pitches
Take direction from the Creative Director while continuing to learn
Requirements
4+ years of copywriting experience in an ad agency
A polished portfolio showcasing both traditional advertising work and CRM/direct marketing solutions
Comprehensive understanding of how brands connect with audiences across integrated ecosystems
Self-motivated, proactive approach to creative problem-solving
Experience with data-driven content creation and personalization strategies
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Experience leading creative projects from start to finish

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee\'s/applicant\'s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
