Job Summary
Join our Global Retail Marketing team in a remote, dynamic short-term role as a Regional Retail Marketing Specialist. This position is geared towards supporting the development, coordination, and execution of retail marketing initiatives and activations across the Bay Area, LA, and Miami. We are looking for a detailed-oriented marketer with a knack for assessing market conditions, supporting marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility, and driving sales performance at a local and regional level.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct local and regional market research to unveil growth opportunities and consumer behavior trends. Support the planning and execution of retail activations in collaboration with field teams and retail partners, ensuring brand consistency. Utilize relevant KPIs to forecast and track the impact of regional campaigns, preparing insightful post-activation reports. Develop localized marketing materials and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless execution of regional marketing programs. Evaluate vendor proposals, managing budgets and timelines efficiently for regional activations.
Must-Have Skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, e.g., CRM. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making. Excellent verbal and written communication for effective stakeholder collaboration.
Industry Experience
Prior experience in the retail industry, particularly within marketing or field marketing, is highly preferred. Familiarity with retail operations and activation logistics will be advantageous.
