Overview
Join a dynamic AEC Offering Management and Analytics (OMBA) team as a Communications Specialist, where you will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and disseminating communications for launching new offerings and managing lifecycle events (EOS/EOR/EOL) for existing products. This remote role, based within the PST time zone, emphasizes content creation and editing, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement to support our sales, partners, customers, and internal teams. Your expertise will help guide project communications and ensure the successful rollout of content that aligns with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive communications plan with key stakeholders for various projects.
Craft and refine content for newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and emails, targeting different audiences including internal teams, partners, and customers.
Establish and maintain content standards and templates for consistent use across projects.
Facilitate content reviews, incorporating feedback from SMEs, and ensuring content gets final approval.
Manage the content uploading process, ensuring timely publication according to guidelines.
Must-Have
Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and content creation for technical audiences.
Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Airtable and Draftr is preferred.
