Our fully remote team is made up of passionate professionals from around the globe, all working together to drive our clients\' success. We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our team and help us take our clients\' campaigns to the next level. Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy Development: craft comprehensive advertising strategies by conducting in-depth market research, identifying target audiences, and analyzing competitors Setting targets for all accounts with minimum 25% month-over-month growth Creative testing and development with the creative team: videos, images, advertorials, VSLs, copywriting Fostering innovation in ad strategies and account management: adopting AI-powered solutions, exploring new ad formats or testing advertorials and VSLs Create Playbooks for specific niche strategies (e.g., health and wellness, fashion and apparel, SaaS) Implement and monitor new processes and ensure they are followed across the wider team Attend and speak on client calls about innovation, scaling plans for accounts, and development of the overall client\'s business Support the team with account-related questions or issues; maximize gains or get back on track when needed Train and develop team members to become better leaders and account managers Set monthly goals with clients, monitor progress, and ensure goals are hit each month Establish a culture of innovation and optimization; encourage questions, avoid hand-holding, and view change positively Hit yearly goals set by the management team through innovation and collaboration Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making Advocate for innovation within the agency and for clients; provide input on broader business, including recommendations like Google VSLs or Advertorials on other platforms Requirements
A degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred Certifications: Advanced Google Ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, or attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam) are highly valued; CRO or UX certifications are a strong advantage Leadership Experience: 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing campaigns, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic role, preferably in an agency setting Proven track record of managing six-to-seven-figure monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI Experience leading or mentoring teams and developing talent Proficiency: Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, Shopify, and leading attribution tools Supplementary Tools: CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com), analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Hotjar) Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for troubleshooting or collaboration with development teams Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies Advanced understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing Data-driven strategies that align with clients\' business goals Experience in omnichannel marketing with paid search, display, video, and emerging formats (e.g., Discovery ads, Performance Max) Strong knowledge of YouTube/Demand Gen campaigns Ability to conceptualize, test, and optimize creative elements and landing pages for performance; experience with A/B and multivariate testing Stakeholder collaboration and outstanding communication Training and mentorship of junior and midweight team members Ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex projects concurrently without compromising quality or deadlines Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to stay ahead of trends and quickly adapt to new platforms, tools, and algorithms Growth mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning Collaborative team player contributing to a positive, high-performing culture Interview Process
