We are looking for a conceptual Senior Art Director who sets trends, loves making content, and is passionate about pop culture and pixel perfection. Responsibilities
Lead with Vision:
Partner with Copywriters and Creative Directors to conceptualize and execute innovative, social-first campaigns that resonate, captivate, and convert. Be a Trendsetter:
Stay ahead of visual and design trends, especially on short-form video platforms like TikTok, Shorts, and Reels, ensuring our clients get fresh, impactful creative. Build it Social-First:
Collaborate with influencers and creators to bring ideas to life in a social-first way. A Creative who is Also a Creator:

Bring ideas that push boundaries and defy expectations for a disruption agency. Craft with Care:
From storyboards to final edits, ensure every piece reflects the brand’s essence and meets high design standards. Present with Passion:
Articulate creative decisions to internal teams and clients, grounding ideas in strategy and insight. Qualifications
5–8 years of design experience in an agency setting, with a portfolio showing ability to work across digital and social campaigns. Experience taking projects from concept through activation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a knack for quickly adapting to brand visual identities. Ability to produce a wide spectrum of social content. Proficiency in video editing and videography on iPhone. Out-of-the-box creative thinker with a portfolio of disruptive work. Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of crafting visuals that look good and drive results on entertainment and social storytelling platforms, with interest in new and emerging social platforms. Compensation
Base salary range : Our estimated range for this role is $95,000–$105,000* *Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation is based on level of skill and experience. There may be more senior or junior roles available that better fit your expertise. For example, a candidate for a Senior Creative Producer role may be assessed at the Creative Producer level, with its own range.
