Demonstrates proven ability to mentor and train staff while remaining adaptable and open to new ideas and change. Maintains a track record of building and sustaining effective working relationships within the department and across business units to foster a collaborative team environment. Capable of managing functional areas to meet established performance metrics, with solid knowledge of business administration and proficiency in personal computers and revenue cycle-related software applications.
