Job Title: Systems Integrator
Location: Sterling, VA Clearance: TS/SCI Poly This position is CONTINGENT upon contract award The Systems Integrator (IT Asset/Lab Manager) (ITAM) works closely with the Sponsor, OM, and P&O Teams to identify, understand, and anticipate Mission Partner and SYSTEM requirements. The ITAM is responsible for executing administrative tasks related to IT procurement, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management of hardware and software assets. The ITAM maintains accurate records of licenses, warranties, and service agreements, supporting compliance and cost-effective decision-making. The ITAM plays a key role in minimizing organizational costs through standardization and oversight of asset deployment, maintenance, and retirement. The ITAM supports customer infrastructure build-outs (cage builds, overhead installations, rack and stack), testing, maintenance work, monitoring, and responding to mechanical, electrical, fire protection, telecom, and security systems. It develops and implements configuration management processes according to Sponsor guidelines and ITSM best practices. The ITAM establishes and maintains the program CM Database (CMDB), ensuring accurate configuration tracking and adherence to processes throughout the lifecycle. Daily tasks include: Maintain and update databases of IT assets including hardware, software, licenses, warranties, and service agreements. Track asset lifecycle activities including acquisition, deployment, reassignment, renewal, and disposal. Coordinate IT procurement activities by working with vendors and internal stakeholders. Monitor software license compliance and renewals. Standardize products and procurement procedures to minimize costs. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and support budgeting. Track and report on asset quality and performance. Ensure timely decommissioning and secure disposal of obsolete IT assets. Manage customer platform, integration, lab, and test data center environments. Required Skills:
Strong understanding of hardware, software, and network technologies. Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively. Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Desired Skills:
Industry Certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA). Experience with automation tools and security best practices. Familiarity with programming and scripting languages. Experience with relational databases. Desired Certifications:
