Palisades Tahoe is hiring for a Seasonal Housing Administrator role based in Olympic Valley, CA. This position starts in October 2025 and ends in May 2026. Applicants must be 18 years of age. Base pay

Base pay range: $18.68/hr - $29.38/hr. The range represents the low and high end of Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC's hourly pay for this position. Actual pay may vary based on experience, education, training, location, merit, responsibilities, and travel. This range is one component of total compensation. Employment type and schedule

Assist with maintaining day-to-day operations of Employee Housing including utility accounts, maintenance requests, rent collection, and housing inquiries via email, in person, and over the phone. Perform data entry and other assigned projects while delivering exceptional service to internal guests in a timely and welcoming manner. Support move in/out procedures and day-to-day housing operations for on- and offsite employee housing during winter and summer seasons. Maintain applicant and tenant records within the housing management platform; track room/unit inventory; coordinate with housing managers and lease administrators. Conduct reference and background checks; inform applicants of approvals or denials; communicate rent collection, inspections, maintenance, and disciplinary matters to tenants. Assist Housing Manager with outreach, research additional offsite housing opportunities, perform cost comparisons, and secure housing resources. Perform general administrative duties (filing, shredding, office organization, copying, scanning, stocking supplies). Complete move-in/move-out procedures including security deposit reimbursements and deductions as applicable. Qualifications and competencies

Effective oral and written communication skills. Clean driving record and valid driver's license required. Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision; excellent organizational skills. High customer service standards and safety awareness. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions; maintain discretion and confidentiality. Professional appearance in compliance with company grooming standards; punctual and reliable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, demanding environment; team-focused and adaptable. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills; willingness to learn new technology. Must be able to be cleared as an approved driver. Physical and working conditions

The role requires regular walking, talking, seeing, and hearing; extended periods at a computer; occasional lifting up to 20 pounds. Indoor/outdoor environment with exposure to outside weather conditions; possible extreme cold, wetness, humidity, and occasional severe weather. Typical office equipment used; noise level usually moderate. Education and experience

Required: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; experience in the ski resort industry, property management, student or employee housing. Benefits
