Overview
As the Benefits Representative, you will provide customer service as it relates to all Health and Welfare Benefit Plans offered by Reynolds. Advanced multi-tasking, written and oral communication skills are a must as you will be addressing benefits-related inquiries via phone and email, in addition to completing your daily duties. You will be cross-trained in other areas of the department to assist other team members and take on special projects as assigned. Training
On the job training Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred 2-3 years Benefits experience preferred Proficient verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office with experience in Word and Excel Must have strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills Must be a team player and have the ability to multi-task Benefits
