**Manager, IKC Clinical Programs** will play an integral role in shaping DaVita’s clinical strategy and overseeing the execution of key initiatives that support our shift to a value-based care model. This individual will drive complex, cross-functional projects to design and operationalize innovative care models that improve patient outcomes, experience, and cost of care.This role requires a strategic thinker and operational leader who excels in navigating ambiguity and collaborating across diverse stakeholder groups. The Manager will lead initiatives spanning multiple workstreams within DaVita Kidney Care and Integrated Kidney Care (IKC), ensuring clinical programs are thoughtfully designed and effectively executed. The **Manager** will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical operations.
