is seeking a
full-time Associate Physician
to join our thriving, patient-centered team in
Jackson & Flowood, Mississippi . As a well-established practice with a mission of
“Healthcare for Women by Women,”
we are proud to provide comprehensive care across all stages of life—ranging from obstetrics and gynecology to robotic surgery, menopause management, and wellness services. Why East Lakeland?
Physician-Led, All-Partner Group : Transparent path to partnership in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Strong Team Culture : Work alongside 5 experienced OB/GYN physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs) in a collegial, growth-focused setting.
Balanced Lifestyle : Favorable
1:10 call schedule
shared with three local practice groups, including: ~21 weekday calls/year
~5 weekend calls/year
Post-call day off
following weekend shifts
Mentorship & Support : Access mentorship, clinical support, and opportunities for continued learning and leadership.

board-certified or board-eligible
in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for or holding a
Mississippi medical license Strong surgical skills with interest in both OB and GYN care Committed to
