Responsibility for controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management/planning/control Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Development, implementation, and optimization of financial processes, key performance indicator systems, and management reports; determination and monitoring of key performance indicators Analysis of deviations, development of recommendations for action, and support for the division manager in strategic decisions Conducting make-or-buy analyses and profitability calculations Project controlling and its further development Your profile
Completed degree in business administration or similar (ideally with a focus on cost and performance accounting/controlling/accounting) Several years of professional experience in controlling In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), cost accounting and financial analysis Independent and autonomous work Strong understanding of business partners Commercial as well as goal- and result-oriented thinking and acting Reliability, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills Good written and spoken English skills Confident use of MS Office programs and ERP systems
