Develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans. Supervise and train BTs/RBTs. Support families and caregivers in managing behaviors and implementing ABA principles. Conduct functional assessments and analyses as needed. Review and adjust program effectiveness, monitor data, and track progress.
