Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

Manage the entire parts sales process, from order to fulfillment

Communicate friendly, clearly, and professionally with colleagues and customers

Provide accurate parts quotes and status updates

Use parts catalogs and systems to identify correct parts

Review collision repair estimates to validate ordered parts and pricing

Deliver high-level service to both internal teams (service, body shop) and external customers

Pull and fulfill orders from stock; conduct weekly inventory bin checks

Alert the Parts Manager to low stock or urgent shop material needs

Source out-of-stock parts from external suppliers and place emergency orders when necessary

Ensure internal parts requests are billed correctly on work orders

Process payments from retail customers or manage credit authorizations

What We Look For in You

High school diploma or equivalent (auto parts experience preferred)

A strong desire to learn and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills

Ability to read and interpret technical, safety, and parts documentation

Comfortable doing calculations involving discounts, percentages, ratios, commissions, volume, etc.

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
