skilled and reliable Bilingual Spanish Immigration Paralegal

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in immigration law, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service to our clients. As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with attorneys, clients, and government agencies to ensure the smooth and efficient management of cases. Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in preparing, filing, and managing various immigration documents, including visa applications, petitions, and adjustment of status cases. Communicate effectively with clients to gather required documentation, explain procedures, and provide timely status updates. Maintain organized case files, ensuring all paperwork is accurately filed and up to date. Coordinate with government agencies, consulates, and other relevant entities to facilitate case progression. Prepare legal correspondence, affidavits, and other supporting documentation as required. Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and tracking important deadlines. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency within the immigration practice. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience handling immigration petitions and visas. Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution. Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, attorneys, and government officials. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of case management.
