Processes daily changes related to the Electronic Staffing and Scheduling System (ESSS). Collaborates with the Staffing Analyst to develop educational materials and handouts. Maintains up-to-date Assignment/Employee information for Contract staff in the Electronic Staffing and Scheduling System (ESSS). Performs a variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service to the ESSS. Organizes work activities to ensure completion on time. Maintains professional development. Skills/Qualifications

Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to nursing hours, floating, overtime, and other expenses. Acts as departmental resource for nursing administration for staffing related issues. Provides training to new and existing employees.
