Role Impact:
You'll manage the full accounting cycle while supporting our company's financial operations. This includes financial analysis, reporting, and partnering with leadership to provide valuable business insights. Key Responsibilities:
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes Manage AP/AR operations and banking relationships Administer payroll and tax compliance through 3rd party services Support audit processes and financial analysis Contribute to budgeting and forecasting Work directly with outside accounting firms for periodic and year-end reporting What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or
equivalent experience 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, including cost accounting Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities Proven attention to detail and process improvement Excellence in communication and relationship building What We Offer:
