Responsibilities

Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to maintain alignment in hiring processes

Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates for alignment with role requirements and company culture

Assist in building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline through various sourcing methods

Support onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel welcomed and connected to the company’s mission and values

Qualifications

Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for managing and sourcing candidates

Proven experience recruiting for entry- and junior-level roles

Experience working directly with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and processes

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in recruiting coordination and talent acquisition within a technology company

Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies

Ability to analyze data insights to improve recruiting and onboarding processes

Experience in developing initiatives that promote company culture and employee engagement
