Perform full life-cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). With this role's greater level of experience, manage technical and non-technical exempt professional positions, management positions and other related responsibilities as assigned. Work independently with minimal guidance and serve as a resource to other less seasoned Talent Acquisition employees. Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs; screen resumes, interview candidates (phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, make recommendations for hire, and deliver employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt openings within an assigned territory. Serve as an expert for recruiting candidates within an assigned territory. Use traditional and nontraditional resources (career fairs, online job fairs, community events, etc.) to identify and attract quality candidates; partner with Sourcing Specialist to bring a diverse slate of qualified candidates to the hiring manager. Manage internal transfer process, including screening, coordinating interviews with hiring manager, and transfer offer letters. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback; develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients to achieve staffing goals. Communicate important employment information during offers (benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements) and ensure onboarding and new hire orientation processes occur. Work with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance; manage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and file retention per policy. Maintain memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations; take the lead in developing one or more annual Affirmative Action Plans; suggest and help implement ongoing process improvements to ensure an effective, efficient, and compliant recruiting process. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred, or equivalent years of experience. Five years of corporate experience in recruitment and placement of applicants in professional and management level exempt positions, including 3 years of knowledge and experience with electronic applicant systems and internet recruiting sources. Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver’s license. Competencies / Other Requirements
