Responsibilities MV Transportation is seeking a Recruiter responsible for recruiting candidates for the day-to-day operations of a paratransit facility. This role includes ongoing operator recruiting, managing job postings, reviewing resumes, assessing qualifications, and employee onboarding. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, technologically proficient, and capable of refining processes to improve efficiency in recruiting. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as the Recruiter serves as the first point of contact for candidates and must embody a welcoming, people-first approach. Job Responsibilities : Review and analyze resumes to match minimum qualifications Conduct telephonic interviews using industry-standard techniques Introduce new hires to the company and guide them through onboarding Advocate for new hires throughout the onboarding process Ensure completion of all new-hire paperwork and meet job expectations Coordinate with the qualifications team and management to communicate candidate status Qualifications Talent Requirements : Two (2) years of recruiting experience as a recruiter or five (5) years supporting recruiting functions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in medical industry recruiting and sales recruiting Knowledge of applicant tracking software Familiarity with online job-hunting websites Transportation industry experience is a plus AA, BA, or BS degree preferred Starting pay range : $32 - $38 / hour MV Transportation is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, creed, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status, genetic information, or other protected classes under law.
