We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead design sustainment and improvements for a regulated electro-mechanical medical device, drive root cause analyses, and collaborate across functions to support global regulatory submissions and product excellence. Responsibilities

Leading design sustainment and improvements for a regulated electro-mechanical medical device Conducting root cause analyses, reliability testing, and CAPA resolutions Collaborating cross-functionally with quality, regulatory, and process engineering teams Managing documentation, ECOs, and supporting global regulatory submissions Prototyping, testing, and mentoring junior engineers Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline. Required Master of Science in Engineering (preferred) At least 8 years of systems and/or electrical engineering experience designing, developing, and/or sustaining electro-mechanical products in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, automotive) Experience with ultrasound, PCB design, EMI/EMC, and RF circuitry Proficient in IEC 60601, ISO 13485, FDA Design Controls, and CE Marking Hands-on experience with T&M equipment, CAD tools, and simulation software Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred How To Apply
