Program Details
This is a full-time six-month co‑op program at Bristol Myers Squibb’s Biologics campus in Devens, MA, January through June 2026. Please specify in your resume if you are seeking a lab-based position, a site-focused position, or are open to either role type. Candidates will be matched with projects based on skills and interests to support projects and continuous improvement initiatives at the Devens Campus. Projects cover functional areas including, but not limited to: Site Focused Positions Commercial Biologics Manufacturing - Operations, Support, Material process Digital Plant - Automation assistance for manufacturing and operations Quality - Ensuring compliance with health authority regulations Operational Excellence - Lean process improvement and performance (Six Sigma) Cell Therapy - MS&T Engineering, Operational Excellence (OpEx) Lab Based Positions Manufacturing Sciences and Technology - Global Capabilities & Technical Strategies, Portfolio Management, Material Science, Cryogenics, Bioprocess Technology Labs, Process Engineering Biologics Development Laboratories - Cell Culture, Purification, Analytical All projects will have defined key deliverables, with opportunities to develop new skills and contribute to core business activities such as process optimization, templates/best practices, strategy development, deployment of new capabilities in laboratories, and proof-of-concept work.

Qualifications & Experience
Currently enrolled in a Science or Engineering Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate program Interest and passion for BioPharma and biotechnology Strong communication skills Experience working in highly collaborative environments and ability to work in a team Strong analytical skills demonstrated through laboratory experience, project design coursework, research projects, programming/scientific software, and/or previous co-ops/internships Open to learn more about process development lab space, manufacturing environment, or manufacturing support roles All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of employment. Immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Compensation & Benefits
The starting hourly compensation for this assignment is within the range of $23.00 to $42.00/hr. Final individual compensation and applicable benefits will be determined by the employer of record based on assignment characteristics, skills, and location. Compensation details are subject to change.
