Own complex client implementations by acquiring, importing, and validating data for go-live preparations Work with healthcare data formats including FHIR, HL7, and X12 EDI transactions to ensure accurate data exchange Maintain data pipelines, ensuring reliability, performance, and quality of production systems Partner with client IT teams to ensure data meets specifications and support client relationship management Analyze trends and create reports around system performance and client data needs What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 years of experience with healthcare data formats and standards Hands-on experience with building HL7 interfaces, implementing FHIR API integrations, or processing batch data feeds Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages Experience with cloud-based data platforms and ETL processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Familiarity with large-scale data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
