Job Description Lead and expand an advanced analytics function overseeing the Analysis & Measurement team, driving innovation through predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI to transform how we deliver value to clients.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and communication skills to shape data-driven solutions that optimize incentive programs, loyalty strategy, pricing, inventory, and promotions. This role is pivotal in translating data into actionable insights that directly support client performance and company growth priorities.
Responsibilities
Lead Enterprise Data Strategy: Define and execute a cohesive data science strategy, with a focus on scalable, measurable outcomes.
Drive Client Impact: Partner with business leaders to architect data-driven solutions that optimize incentive design, loyalty engagement, pricing, inventory, and promotional effectiveness.
Partner with Behavioral Sciences: Collaborate with behavioral science experts to model and influence participant decision-making, enhancing program motivation and effectiveness.
Innovate with Advanced Analytics: Oversee the design, deployment, and refinement of machine learning models and AI applications across domains such as segmentation, churn prediction, and forecasting.
Integrate Data Across Products: Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams to embed data insights into product strategy, go-to-market planning, and client delivery.
Be a Pivotal Member of a High-Performing Team: Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Advance Measurement Excellence: Set the standard for performance measurement, ROI analysis, and campaign effectiveness using modern statistical and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive experience in data science or advanced analytics
Proven success in applying predictive modeling, AI/ML, and analytics to solve complex business problems and drive measurable outcomes.
Strong command of statistical programming languages (Python, R), SQL, and modern cloud-based data environments.
Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate complex analytics into strategic business recommendations.
