Overview
Piper Companies is hiring a Dedicated Engineer - Network Operations (DENO) for a networking company located in Texas. The Dedicated Engineer - Network Operations (DENO) will be supporting federal clients in deployment, integration and maintenance of products. The opportunity is a contract with probability to extend and requires you to sit on site in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all products, especially the Application Server (AS). Provide on-site and remote support to federal customers, ensuring seamless product configuration and integration. Conduct extended lab evaluations of new software and hardware to validate performance and compatibility. Assist with critical projects, offering technical leadership and hands-on troubleshooting. Perform fault isolation, triage, replication, and resolution of complex network issues. Collaborate with Support and Product teams to escalate unresolved issues and ensure timely ticket resolution. Requirements
Active Secret Clearance and compliance with DoD 8570/8140 certification requirements. Proven experience with VOIP/SIP technologies and Session Border Controllers (SBC). Hands-on expertise with Communications products. Familiarity with Federal IT environments and compliance standards Experience in lab testing, software validation and network performance analysis Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday, Sick Leave if Required by Law
