Western Dental & Orthodontics . Western Dental & Orthodontics is looking for a dynamic and creative self-starter to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Dental Recruiter. The Dental Recruiter will be responsible for the recruitment of dentists in specific company regions. This role will require a motivated and resourceful individual with excellent sales, interpersonal and communication skills and the willingness to work hard to fill existing positions. We are looking to add a senior dental recruiter to build and lead a recruiting team as the organization grows. Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a recruiting program Coordinate recruiting, sourcing, and networking strategies to recruit into our practices Identify potential candidates by cold calling and using other creative methods in order to build and maintain a continuous applicant pool Manage the interview process closely to ensure a positive experience for interviewing candidates and our hiring managers Create and maintain a management reporting tool that provides insight into key recruiting information including recruiting status and trends; time to fill; open positions and other relevant information Responsible for placement of job postings and screening of all doctor and staff resumes received through various venues Establish relationships with local professional dental organizations; attend meetings, workshops, and conferences Manages information flow for recruits and acquisition doctors throughout DAG to ensure timely credentialing and licensing Source, screen and qualify Office Staff candidates to join our dental offices Partner with hiring managers to review job requirements and create job ads for new positions Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), iCIMS to manage candidates and record critical information for our department metrics Set a high bar of expectations by maintaining an incredible level of communication with department leaders and hiring managers Work as part of a team to support other recruiting team members Follow set company and department procedures and participate in creating new best practices to elevate the team's performance Provide positive, friendly customer service to Hiring Managers and other team members Qualifications
3+ years of recruiting experience Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent recruiting experience iCIMS (ATS) experience a plus Prior dental or healthcare recruiting a plus An epic ability to deliver customer service Excellent verbal and written communications skills Benefits: Western Dental offers a competitive benefits package for full-time team members, including PTO, 401K, medical, dental, and vision plans, and opportunities for growth.
