JDA TSG is hiring Seasonal/Remote Team Members with expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for the upcoming tax season. If you have 3 years of professional experience using QBO for bookkeeping and are looking for remote work, we would love to speak with you about joining our team. To be considered, candidates must currently reside in the United States and have permanent work authorization in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available).
Who You Are
QuickBooks ProAdvisor / QBO Level One Certification is required.
You are a book-balancing maestro with a sharp eye for detail.
QuickBooks Online is your second language, and you have a knack for making numbers behave.
You have a positive attitude and a get-it-done mindset.
What You'll Be Doing
Using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, evaluate, provide guidance, and answer bookkeeping and QBO questions, including financial statement discrepancies, chart of accounts customization, A/P and A/R issues, and any other items observable in customers’ books.
Create high-quality customer experiences and ensure timely follow-up communication.
Research regulations to support guidance.
What You Bring To The Table
QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certification
3+ years using QBO in similar bookkeeping roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proficient with technology; solid computer operations and software knowledge
High level of customer service skills; ability to interact professionally via video and audio tools
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, Fiber). Satellite is not acceptable.
