Senior Project Manager - Wastewater

Responsibilities Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (development through close-out). Manage all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity and a large project staff. Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently. Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings. Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with other staff and stakeholders. Coordinate staffing and workload through the project life cycle; ensure deliverables are completed on schedule. Track financial performance and adjust work effort to meet budget and schedule. Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for periodic reviews. Implement QA/QC procedures; supervise large project staffs and mentor less-experienced Project Managers. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications Required: Bachelor7s degree in Engineering. 10 years related experience; minimum 5 years project management experience. Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license recognized by the licensing board for the position location. MS Office and MS Project experience (Access a plus). Demonstrated leadership, business development and strategic planning skills. Commitment to HDR9s employee-owned culture. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. PMP certification.
