Supply Chain Product Planner Location:

Framingham, MA; Cambridge, MA We deliver healthcare solutions through meticulous planning by our Manufacturing & Supply teams to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families. Main Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Chain Planning & Execution:

Ensure product balancing between demand & supply and gap remediation across 0–3 months (S&OE) and 4–36 months (IBP); manage net demand propagation, validation and product deployment plans in Kinaxis.

Master Data & Planning Parameters:

Create and maintain product-related master data and planning parameters in Kinaxis, aligned with End-to-End Product Leader strategy/segmentation guidelines.

IBP and S&OE Cycles:

Contribute to the standard End-to-End Planning & Execution decision loop in collaboration with key stakeholders (Markets Supply Chain, Global Supply Planning, Global Logistics, Franchise, Regulatory, Finance, etc.).

Product Strategy Support:

Assist in product-driven strategic and budget planning, provide data-driven insights for long-term decisions, and incorporate strategic changes into planning systems.

About You

Basic Qualifications: BS/BA degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; however, all degree majors will be considered.

Strong background in Supply Chain Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of building plans and aligning stakeholders to drive decision-making.

Proficient with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis or equivalent).

High analytical capabilities and creativity to analyze data, derive insights, and build mitigations.

Strategic mindset to build recommendations and drive decision making.

Preferred Qualifications: APICS certification is an asset but not required.

Soft Skills: Interpersonal skills: ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners across sites to build scenarios and optimize outcomes.

Change agent: ensure best practice implementation and system adoption/evolution.

Proactivity: essential for anticipation in this role.

Compensation

Salary range: $101,250.00 – $146,250.00. All compensation determined commensurate with experience. Benefits information available through the company. Equal Opportunity
