Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a locum opportunity in Richmond, Indiana. This position runs from April through December 2025, with a consistent Monday–Friday clinic schedule and shared weekend call. The role is primarily outpatient-focused, with hospital rounding and consults only when on primary call rotation. Position Details
Schedule:
Must be able to commit to 3 weeks per month plus call Clinic Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch) Call Rotation:
Weekends – Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 7:00 AM, rotating with other providers Clinic Patient Volume:
18–20 patients/day On-Call Duties:
Hospital consults and rounding (only when on primary call) Backup APP support included in rotation Procedures

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology (must be certified within 5 years of residency) Active Indiana Medical License or eligibility via IMLC Minimum Experience: 2+ years preferred Certifications Required:
ACLS (AHA-issued); BLS (AHA-issued) Flu Vaccination: Required (medical or religious exemption accepted) Located on the eastern edge of Indiana near the Ohio border, Richmond offers a friendly, small-town feel with excellent access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and an affordable cost of living.
