Base up to $75k +/- plus excellent benefits package RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage all aspects of month-end close process Reconcile/analyze accounts monthly Prepare monthly financial statements Prepare cash flow forecasts Provide FP&A team with accurate, timely and relevant information for management reporting and analysis Focus on cost control, compliance and working with budget owners to ensure visibility and accountability Primary contact for banking, tax and third-party information requests and reporting Support Controller with external audit requests Support companies’ informational and process improvement needs with a focus on accuracy, timeliness and relevance Improve and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures, GAAP and other regulatory requirements Support ERP (Acumatica), including the maintenance of the chart of accounts, improvement and maintenance of processes/workflows REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field 5-7 years’ prior experience in full cycle accounting, including ownership of the general ledger CPA is strongly desired Experience in high-growth, multi-unit, companies Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Advanced Excel (pivot tables & v-lookups) Working knowledge of GAAP including interpretations and application Experience with business taxes, including Sales/Use and Business/Occupation. Familiarity with multiple tax structures (LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp) with multi-state reporting preferred Familiarity with travel management software (Concur preferred) and HRIS or payroll systems (Paylocity preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving skills Comfortable presenting information to all levels of the organization This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing corporation with high visibility to the Executive Team.
