DON Key Responsibilities: Administering the nursing program to maintain standards of resident care Advise clinical staff and department heads on matters related to nursing services Directs the planning, implementing, and evaluation of the nursing care for residents.
What We’re Looking For: Current State Registered Nurse ( RN ) license in
Maryland
(BSN preferred) Proven clinical experience (5 years) in
Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care 2+ years’
management/supervisory experience
in a long-term care setting Understanding of Clinical Federal/State
SNF regulations
