Job Description

A Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Receive, open, unpack and organize all shipments and compare to existing Purchase Orders. Communicate any discrepancies to management team. Ensure all product is accurately ticketed and sized in order to be floor ready. Respond to all customer product requests directed from stores. Replenish sales floors daily to ensure maximum sell thru potential. Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. Maintain organization, inventory accuracy and cleanliness of stockroom Prepare, process, and ship all outgoing domestic and international orders, including online order fulfillment and customer shipments. Provide occasional sales floor coverage during staff breaks and peak hours, ensuring seamless customer service and store operations. Respond promptly to customer product requests and inquiries, both in-person and online. Compensation:

$32.00 per Hour

Qualifications

Previous experience is an asset Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job Ability to communicate with associates and customers Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays as needed Constant standing and walking throughout shift Move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting, and perform all functions as set forth above
