Represent clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and other personal injury matters Providing legal support to clients Managing cases from inception through trial and/or appeal, as necessary Maintaining positive client relationships Preparing legal reports and documents Taking and defending depositions (including those of Plaintiff and experts, witnesses, etc.) Prosecuting cases from start to finish Conducting and/or defending depositions Making court appearances, handling depositions, pretrial motions, and litigation work from inception to settlement/verdict CA Bar License (Required) Litigation 2-5+ years (Preferred) Strong Personal Injury Knowledge Qualifications
