Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Responsibilities
Implement effective, individualized ABA therapy services for clients with autism under a trusted BCBA.
Tailor sessions to fit the needs and abilities of each client and support skill development while decreasing challenging behaviors.
Provide quality clinical services in schools, homes, and other settings and document each client’s progress.
Participate in ongoing training opportunities to sharpen skills and expand knowledge of ABA therapy.
What you need
Current state RBT certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a minimum of 15 to 20 hours per week
Eagerness to make a difference in clients’ lives and advance professionally
